At Orchard we believe that God gave us a responsibility to care for those who are a part of our family. Member care works collaboratively to play a vital role in defining, strengthening, and sustaining discipleship at Orchard Church.

This process involves providing training, mentorship, and guidance to both staff, leaders, and members ensuring that discipleship is deeply embedded into Orchard church’s DNA and actively lived out in every aspect of ministry.
